What's the difference between your program and ILT course certifications online?

📚 We don't do boring, generic courses or certifications. Our programs are job-specific and taught by actual hiring managers in their industries. You'll get a legit taste of what it's like to work in a specific job within an organization. It's like a job simulation, but cooler! 🚀

Is there a final test to certify my program?

📝 Nope, organizations don't have "tests" once you join them. Your mentor will guide you through what it's like to work in a corporation, covering both technical and soft skills. At the end of the course, you'll get an honest opinion on your readiness from a hiring manager's perspective. We do provide a certificate of completion for the Fast Track Program and a reference letter for the Placeholder Program. 🎓📄

Can I add this experience to my resume?

📝 Absolutely! The Placeholder Program is exactly what it sounds like. You'll work with our mentors, who will guide you and have you work on projects similar to an internship. These are valuable experiences you don't typically get from a course or certification. Everyone, including our mentors, has gaps in their resumes, which is part of why we created this. The Fast Track Program, on the other hand, gives you a real-world assessment of where you stand in a specific job. 🚀
